What Afterlife means to you?
Sunday, September 7th, 2008Okay, let’s share what Afterlife means to us. Well, simply, it’s an ITV network drama based upon Alison Mundy and Dr. Robert, the leading characters on series. Hah ha ha…
Hope, you didn’t start to think about hell/heaven after reading the first statement of the post.
Series is over after two successive seasons. Honestly, I was a huge fan of series and I never skipped even a single episode when it was on air. I loved the plot of the show and it didn’t deserve cancellation just after two seasons. First season of series was very well received by the audience and it led the way to second season…. Both seasons were good and I’ve downloaded all the episodes of series and have watched them several times.
Yesterday, when I was watching the second season finale ‘A Name Written in Water’, it reminded me once again of ‘Afterlife’ so I decided to watch all episodes of series here. Here’s my review of the second season finale-
Robert is in coma and is at the hospital. In this episode, we finally see what happens to Robert and we also come to know what Allison thinks about him. She launches a frantic search for him. The spirit of a nurse is wondering through the corridor and she has made it her mission to take care of every patient admitted to the hospital. This was an end to ‘Afterlife’- a paranormal TV drama.
Imagine, you’ve the ability to communicate with ghosts and spirits…. They come to you and share their troubles with you as well… would it be a good life for you or you’ll say ‘Ah!! Ghosts, never”. If I am given such kind of ability, I’ll really talk to ghosts and ask them to take me to their Ghost-Towns.
