Lesley Sharp is a British actress and is best known for her roles in British television productions, most notably “Clocking Off”, “The Second Coming” and “Afterlife”.
She also starred alongside Bill Nighy and Stephen Moore in the acclaimed radio drama Kerton’s Story. Her stage credits include a 1982/3 Royal Shakespeare Company production of Macbeth.
Most recently she has played the lead character in the play Harper Regan at Royal National Theatre.
She had graduated from Guildhall School of Music and Drama in 1982. Her parents are Scottish and she has an elder sister and two younger sisters. Lesley is married to Nicholas Gleaves and has two children with her.
